Prices
Prices: Walking tours are $23 per person unless otherwise noted. Seniors (aged 65+) are $20. No children younger than 10 years allowed on our walks and tours. Anybody who can't be quiet while we tell stories can be expelled from the tour with no refunds.

Tour Rules

Cameras and video are permitted for personal use only. No duplication or broadcasting without written permission by Unseenpress.com, Inc.
Walking tours will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Total walking distance is between 1-1.5 miles.
Our guides speak English and some of our guides also speak German.
In the event of rain, bring an umbrella. Our tours take place rain or shine (except in severe thunderstorms or heavy snow/ice, etc).
Most of our walking tours have no restrooms available. We advise you consider this fact before starting the tour.

Cancellations
We give our tours rain or shine unless severe weather threatens the safety of our groups. Because of this, tickets are generally non-refundable. If we cancel a tour for any reason, we will give you a tour certificate to be used at a future tour. Any refunds which are issued are done so on a case by case basis with via our booking website or a business check (minus shipping and handling fees for a check).

Payments
Payments through online services cost money - and these fees rise every year. If you purchase a tour ticket and then change your mind and want a refund, please do so at least one week ahead of time for walking tours. We can either book you on another walk/tour (if there is availability), issue an e-Gift card so you can book a tour whenever, or we can refund your money. We will refund your ticket via our booking website if possible, or via a refund check minus credit card company/PayPal fees and shipping & handling. If you change your mind about attending a tour less time ahead of the tour, we will determine refunds on case by case basis.

If you do not cancel and do not attend then this is like a movie theatre or theatre ticket - if you don't show, you don't get a refund either - generally non-refundable.

Reservations
Reservations are required. Our tour numbers are limited for safety and enjoyment purposes and therefore, we may have some instances where we have to turn away people who want tours at specific times.

Because of high demand and to streamline processing, it is recommended that you prepay using the online store to confirm your reservation. Once payment has been received, your confirmation and meeting location will be emailed to you.

Tickets
Please note: NO PHYSICAL TICKET WILL BE SENT TO YOU. You don't have to print out a receipt. We will send you an automatic reservation confirmation with directions where to meet after your order comes in.

Private/Business Tours
Group tours and private corporate charters are available by pre-arrangement. We can design a tour specific to your group, special theme tours (i.e. ethnic ghosts, women ghosts, religion, holiday themes, tours for academic and parapsychology professionals, etc.) and tours that include stops at local eating and drinking establishments purported to be haunted. Private group tour minimum of $345 (up to 15 ppl - Nov-Apr), $460 (up to 20 ppl - May-Sep) or $575 (up to 25 ppl October). Each additional person $23 more. Contact us for details.

Safety for all tours.

Please:

Our tours are designed for entertainment. Your enjoyment and safety are our main concerns.
Outside Historic Ghost Walk. We are most times able to go into one building during our Westfield Haunted Underground Railroad and Chilling Chatham Arch Lockerbie Ghost Walk. Also normally able to go onto the grounds of historic cemeteries on Noblesville and Westfield Ghost Walks.
Stories of real Paranormal experiences. Historic information that sometimes matches the haunting, sometimes is background information.
Stay with the group at all times. Because our tours are given at twilight and after dark, we want to keep you as safe as possible.
Do not enter or trespass on property the tour has not been invited to take you onto/into. We respect the people and the property of the people and communities we visit.
After the tour, please remember that our parks are closed after dark and that the places we have visited are owned by members of Unseenpress.com, Inc.’s community. We would ask that you do not ask owners permission to ghost hunt, cleanse, etc.
Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted on our tours. If anyone is deemed to be intoxicated or otherwise under the influence of drugs or alcohol by our staff, that person/those people will be removed from our tours immediately.
Unseenpress does reserve the right to remove anyone from our tours who poses a hazard to our guests or to private property owners.

Accessibility

We are sorry, but our bus tours are not automatically handicapped accessible. Please contact us directly about arraignments we can make.
Our walking tours are semi-handicapped accessible, however, it should be noted that some portions may be difficult to maneuver in a wheelchair if it has recently rained. Sections of sidewalks and roads may be a little bumpy and harder to move over, especially in a power chair.
